캐나다 (mmol/L) <--> 미국/한국 (mg/dl) 혈당 단위 변환

캐나다에 와서 키토/저탄수를 접했을때, 그래도 혈당 재는 기계는 있어야지 해서 샀는데 읭 단위가 너무 이상한거에요! 왜?? 왜 5가 뜨는거지? 알고보니 한국이랑 미국이랑은 단위가 다르더라고요. 캐나다는 mmol/L, 미국/한국은 mg/dl. 정상혈당이란? 정상: 공복 99, 식후 139 mg/dl 공복혈당장애: 공복만 100~125mg/dl 내당능장애: 식후만 140~199mg/dl 당뇨: 공복 126, 식후 200mg/dl 변환표 그래서 너무 자주 혼란스러워서 참고용으로 표를 만들었어요: mmol/L mg/dl 3 54 3.1 55.8 3.2 57.6 3.3 59.4 3.4 61.2 3.5 63 3.6 64.8 3.7 66.6 3.8 68.4 3.9 70.2 4 72 4.1 73.8 4.2 75.6 4..

저탄수 마시멜로우

Keto Diet App 레시피를 보고 귀찮은 부분들을 생략하고 (ex. 코코넛가루 뿌리기, 초코코팅) 만들었습니다. 주말에 만든건데 이제서야 포스팅을 하네요. 재료 1. 계란 3개분의 흰자 (약 95g) 2. 타르타르 크림 2g 3. 에리스리톨 80g 4. 소금 한 꼬집 5. 젤라틴 25g 6. 바닐라 1큰술 바닥이 넓은 그릇에 젤라틴을 넣고 물 1/4컵에 불려요~ 어느정도 불어나면 끓는 물 3/4컵을 추가해서 완전히 녹여주고 거기에 바닐라를 더합니다. 다른 그릇에 2-4번 재료를 합쳐서 놓습니다. 핸드믹서를 써서 다른 보울에 흰자 거품내기를 시작해요. 1분 정도 돌려서 단단한 머랭이 되지 않게, 그냥 보송보송한 거품이 올라올 정도로 만든후, 합쳐놓았던 2-4번 재료를 3회에 나누어 넣어줍니다. 1/3..
